Project Description

The Carol Green Rail Underbridge is a 90-meter bridge that will carry the HS2 route over the existing West Coast Mainline near Kenilworth.

The bridge will sit between the Balsall Common viaduct and Burton Green cutting, connecting the HS2 line to Network Rail’s Rugby to Birmingham section of the West Coast Mainline.

EMJ manufactured and delivered over 600m2 of diaphragm and fixed angle Permadec panels

  • Permadec Laminated Diaphragm Panels

 

  • 172no Diaphragm Panels manufactured in house and delivered to site

 

  • 344no Permadec laminated fixed angle were also manufactured and delivered to site

 

  • All panels manufactured equate to approx. 645m2
